Shipping Policy
Orders are fulfilled same day (before 7am MST) or next business day. Shipping generally requires 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can require 10-14 business days.
Company will add applicable shipping and handling fees to any orders, based on the need, occasion, and current shipping and handling rates. Company is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to shipment issues. All shipments are processed at Company’s earliest convenience, and any shipment information, arrival date, or delivery date provided is a good faith estimate, and should not be construed as a binding obligation upon Company.
All orders placed on or purchased from the Site are delivered to shipment carriers. Company shall not be held responsible for the loss or delay of any items, as the responsibility for shipment of items is transferred exclusively to the carrier.
International Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Wean Caffeine is not responsible for any fees that may arise on import into your country.
Unclaimed and unpaid for orders will be returned to sender or destroyed by import country.
Returns
We strongly believe in the quality of our products and we seek to make every single customer satisfied. We strive to keep each customer happy with our satisfaction guarantee. While dealing with returns can be such a hassle, we make it simple and easy to return your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, promptly email us at support@weancaffeine.com and please include your name, date of purchase, and identify the product purchased.
Please send an email to Customer Service at Support@WeanCaffeine.com and request return instructions.. Then simply return your order (one empty packs after using the contents as directed and all additional packs in unopened and re-sellable condition – returns with more than a single pack opened will not qualify for a refund). For multiple pack orders, 1 pack can be opened, all other packs will need to be in unopened and re-sellable condition to receive the refund. We recommend using delivery confirmation to ensure we get your returned shipment. After we have confirmed that we have received this return, you order will be promptly and fully refunded (Less shipping and handling). It may take up to 7 to 10 business days to have the banks fund the proper accounts.
